Quality

For us, the demands of our customers regarding the quality of our products and services are the decisive benchmark to which our processes are aligned. It is our aim to exceed these demands through continuous improvement.
Each employee has the right and obligation to indicate actively where they think possible improvements in quality can be made.

Environmental protection

The protection of the environment is the obligation of every employee. It is one of the tasks of the Management to create and promote a sense of responsibility amongst all the employees.
Environmental protection affects all the processes and behavioural styles in the company. These primarily include the economical consumption of resources, as well as the avoidance of interference and the minimisation of its impacts. In our requirements and technical specifications to our customers and suppliers, we also take the environmental protection requirements which apply to us into account.

Energy management

We check and optimise our energy consumption, in order to improve economy, productivity and working conditions, as well as the environment, and to lengthen the availability of fossil energy sources for useful purposes. Through our energy management programme, we our continually setting ourselves new targets for energy savings. To achieve this, we employ both state-of-the-art technology and the knowledge of our employees.

Workplace safety

Safety in the workplace and the protection of the health of our employees is of great importance to us. We comply with the appropriate national standards to ensure a safe, hygienic working environment and, in this context, take the appropriate measures to guarantee health and safety in the workplace.

UN Global Compact

We support the ten principles of the UN Global Compact and anchor them in our management and organisational guidelines.
